How did you mix up the aquamarine and shimmery blue for the cloak? I looks great.
Thanks. It is base i think with Cobalt Blue, then over the top of that i put some paint over it called Interference Paint. the top part was Interference Green (fine) and the bottom, was Interference Blue (fine). I think i ordered it from DickBlick.com. Here – http://www.dickblick.com/products/golden-interference-and-iridescent-heavy-body-acrylic-colors/
BTW, a little bit can go a long way.
